Residential surveys and RICS Homebuyers reports
Most central London properties can be inspected, appraised and a Homebuyers Report, averagely comprising some thirty pages of text and photographs, prepared, posted and/or e-mailed to potential purchasers, within twenty-four hours of firm instructions being received.

Homebuyers Reports are written in plain English and seek to identify areas of potential concern either within the structure of the property or within its legal title. The identification of building faults and potential problems with access, service charges and tenure are a speciality.
Whilst a Homebuyers Report is designed to advise in relation to the acquisition of leasehold property, there is every reason to view such a document as equally applicable to freehold buildings, the content of the report, designed by the RICS, ensures that the surveyor makes a far-reaching and logical assessment on behalf of the potential purchaser.
