Evaluation of land and buildings on behalf of mortgage lenders and Banks has formed a core area of business; equally valuations undertaken for private individuals in relation to matters varying from settlement of probate to divorce proceedings, have also been undertaken.

Representing Client's interests in relation to property transactions is also an important area of transactional business. Advices on the prudence of investment, the sale of redundant assets or the trading of property stock are all areas of expertise encompassed by the partnership.

We have for instance represented the commercial interests of Eurotunnel PLC in the disposal of thirty acres of commercial development land, whilst being equally proud to have represented a private individual in the sale of his home to a small firm of residential property developers.
